The Bridal Gallery Is Back!
We’re seeing 20/20. Twenty years in business, Twenty years hiatus and we are looking forward to the next Twenty years and more.
Owner, Angela Campbell, is bringing her family business back to life after Twenty years in the same location. Her mother, Tosca Campbell, started the business back in 1971 and made it “The Destination” for thousands of girls to buy their bridal, prom and pageant dresses from a select collection of dresses especially ordered and chosen by Tosca and Angela. The family owned business was a mainstay for the area and brought many customers locally and from out of state to choose one of a kind gowns purchased for select customers. Girls were never worried about seeing other girls at the prom with their dress because Tosca kept a record of what dresses were sold to which schools. Who Does That? The Bridal Gallery did, and is going to keep that policy now that they have re-opened.
Tosca clothed many Miss Texas and Miss America contestants, but kept it very confidential. The Bridal Gallery was where you could get “That Dress” whether it is prom, pageant or wedding. Being that The Bridal Gallery was around for 20 years, it was not uncommon to have girls buy their prom dress and then their wedding dress and then bring their daughters in to buy their first party dress. Attention to detail and service was top of the list for every customer. Quality, style and design were in every decision made. It was rare to find a store with such a personal touch back then and even rarer today!
Tosca would be proud…..
The Bridal Gallery is located in the original building at 7255 Glenview Drive, Richland Hills Texas, 76180
